1. What Data We Get
We collect certain data like information you entered yourself, data about which courses you are enrolled for, your city information, interaction with us and how much time you are spending on our website.

We may collect different data from or about you depending on how you use the Services. Below are some examples to help you better understand the data we collect.
Account data - When you create or update your account, we collect and store the data you provide, like your email address, password and then you create your personal login details to the page.

Course Data- When you enroll in and take courses, we collect certain data including which courses, assignments and quizzes you’ve started and completed; your exchanges with instructors, and other students; and other items submitted to satisfy course requirements.
Payment data/information - You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment processing partners, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and zip/postal code. For security reasons, ALEAP knowledge services ltd or A-Leap does not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.
Contact us/communication- If you contact us for support or to report a problem or concern (regardless of whether you have created an account or not purchased any course), we collect and store your contact information, messages, and other data about you like your name and email addresses for future correspondence.
1.2 Data We Collect through Automated Means
System Data- Technical data about your computer or device, like your IP address, device type, operating system type and version, unique device identifiers, browser, browser language, domain and other systems data, and platform types
Usage data- Usage statistics about your interactions with the Services, including courses accessed, time spent on pages or the Service, pages visited, features used, your search queries, click data, date and time, and other data regarding your use of the Services
Geography Data - An approximate geographic location, including information like country and city.
2. How do we gather data about you.
Our site uses tags called "Cookies" to identify customers when they visit our Site. Cookies are used to remember user preferences and maximize performance of our services. 2.3 Advertising –
We use third-party advertising services Google AdWords, Facebook, Quora, etc to deliver advertising about our Services on other websites and applications you use. The ads may be based on things we know about you, like your Usage Data and System Data.
2.4 Other data collection –
In addition to our subscription services, we may collect data pertaining to web traffic visiting our website. This is done using the Google analytics tool. No browsing behaviour data specific to identifiable individuals is collected or stored. Traffic data is for internal use only and will never be given to a 3rd party.
We do not sell, exchange or rent personally identifiable information with third parties. We may share generic aggregate demographic information not linked to any personally identifiable information about visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes of making service more better.

A-leap uses certified website providers and other partners who has world class systems for proper data collection, storage, processing and security measures to protect this collected data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our site.
6. Your Rights:
Reviewing and updating your data
You can update the information we store on your behalf by logging into your website account and updating your profile. If you have forgotten the password then you can create the new one via going to the ‘forgot password’ option. If you think you do not have access for your account then please contact email@example.com at your earliest.

Right to be informed
You have the right to be informed why and how we collect your personal data, how we will use this information, who we share it with, what are the security measures we take to protect this information and what are you are your individual rights. Right of access
You have the right to access the information we hold for you by logging to your online profile. If you need further information. Upon your request, ALEAP Knowledge Services Ltd will provide you with access to your personal information unless there is an exception which applies under the General Data Protection Regulation, Data Protection Act 2018 and The Privacy and Electronic Communications - EC Directive - Regulations 2003.
