6. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on our platform can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund by emailing us at support@a-leap.com. We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the notification to the original payment method.
Reason for denied refund - In case refund request is sent post completion of 14 calendar days from the date of course purchase, we may not be able to honour the request. Also, in cases where course material has been downloaded, we may not be able to process a refund.
